"My wife and I have been customers since 1984 at Pine Crest, we purchased two Celebrity boats the 1989 we still have. We moved to Colorado in 1996 and recently we decided to buy a pontoon. So, looking here in Co. we still couldn't find a better deal then we did at Pine Crest ! So off to Cedar Lake we went and this is our third boat from Pine Crest. Little bit of a ride, but customer service and deal cant be beat . Thank you Bob Gross and your staff for another great experience."

"This past winter we purchased our 2003 Rinker from Mike Gross at the Fishers store. Our experience was great! We took the boat home and put it in the barn. Then this past Sunday one week before memorial weekend we decided to pull it out and get it ready for the big weekend. I hooked it up to water and fired it up for the first time. All is well I put it in forward and the props started turning then back to neutral and they stopped then to reverse and what do you know nothing happened. My first thought was man I am glad I checked this thing out before I took it to the lake. Next I thought well I guess I will call mike first thing Monday morning. Instead I decided to just pull the boat down to the fishers store. When I arrived I explained to Mike what was going on. He immediately ask me if I had a little time they would look at it right now. Mike went to the shop an got Troy and Ben and ask them to take a look at my boat they got right on it. Troy and Ben had to take the out drive off my boat reconnect a cable and bolt the out drive back on the boat. My total time spent at the dealership was just a little over one hour. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! TALK ABOUT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! MIKE, TROY AND BEN MADE IT HAPPEN!!! If you are looking for a FIVE STAR boat dealership you have found it here!!! "I would like to take this opportunity to thank and give a very positive feedback to David in the parts department. I called at 2:30 on Monday afternoon and asked to get a part for my Mastercraft. It was a bracket for the swim platform and for some reason you had 3 instead of 2. He gave me a fair deal on the extra as that was all I needed and I asked to have it UPS RED delivered to my home in Bowling Green, Ohio. Apparently UPS had already left, however he stated he would take care of it. I was nervous that he knew exactly which bracket I was referring to since I had contacted some closer Marina’s prior. He reassured me that he had the correct part and would get it out. Well to my pleasure it arrived on Tuesday and it was the correct part. I truly appreciate great customer service and believe it should be rewarded when someone is doing their job or above it. A much appreciated thank you to David from myself and my family that was able to enjoy our boat over the Holiday! Please make sure you let Management know the job he is doing. Thanks again and have a nice day. "

"I just wanted to say thanks to you and your team over there. I got a little ahead of myself buying that boat and should have had it checked out 1st which was Bill's advice that I did not take. After I had trouble keeping it running I followed his advice and brought it in to your shop. Bobbi kept me aware of what was going on on Skilly did a great job not only repairing the many issues but also explained them to me and gave me some priceless advice. All in all I just wanted to say thanks to the 3 of you and anyone else that played a part in getting the boat fixed. I can't wait to recommend your shop there and if I ever am looking for a different boat you guys will be the first place I call. "
